Sankofa’s Teen Anxiety Group is specifically tailored for Teens ages 14-18 who are motivated to learn new tools to help cope with anxiety in a collective setting. Our group will be delivered in person at our Westside office located at 215 Tremont Street Door #2. The group will run for 10 consecutive weeks. Parents and guardians will be expected to participate in the first group, and be available for consultation if needed.
